Welcome to STACK. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the STACK website (the “Site”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. What STACK is
STACK is a curated showroom of products available from third-party retailers. We display product information and link out to those retailers using affiliate links. We are not a retailer. We do not sell products, accept payment, fulfill orders, or handle shipping, returns, or warranties. All purchases are made on, and governed by the terms of, the third-party retailer’s website.

- Product details, prices, discounts, and availability shown on the Site are provided for convenience and may be drawn from retailer data or entered manually. They can become outdated or inaccurate.
- The retailer’s listing is the authoritative source. Always confirm the current price, specifications, and availability on the retailer’s site before purchasing.
- Indicators such as “low stock,” “trending,” “verified price,” or discount percentages are presentational and may not reflect real-time retailer inventory.
